Blue Salon - Terms and Conditions

Offer Description:

Spend a minimum of QAR 2,000 (Two Thousand Qatari Riyals) in one (1) Transaction at Blue Salon using an eligible The Platinum Card® and receive an e-voucher valued at QAR 1,000 (One Thousand Qatari Riyals) (the “Blue Salon e-Voucher”).

The Blue Salon e-Voucher may be redeemed by the Card Member on the Card Member’s next purchase at Blue Salon, subject to the terms and conditions set out below (the “Offer”).

Terms and Conditions:

  1. To be eligible for this Offer, Card Members holding The Platinum Card® (including their Supplementary Card Members) (“Eligible Card Members”) must make a qualifying Transaction of at least QAR 2,000 (Two Thousand Qatari Riyals) in one (1) Transaction at any of the participating Blue Salon outlets listed below in Qatar or via Blue Salon’s online shopping portal, during the Offer Period, using a valid The Platinum Card® (or any of its linked Supplementary Card(s)) issued by AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c) or AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c) – Emirates (hereinafter referred to as “AEME”).

  2. This Offer is valid only at the following Blue Salon outlets in Qatar:

    (i) Blue Salon Showroom (Al Sadd);

    (ii) Blue Salon Watches & Jewelry (Mall of Qatar);

    (iii) Blue Salon Kids (The Pearl – Qatar, DFC); and

    (iv) via Blue Salon online shopping portal at https://www.bluesalon.com.

  3. Transactions made at any other Blue Salon outlets, stores, or locations (including outlets outside Qatar), Shop renters operating under the shop-in-shop model within Blue Salon premises) shall not be qualify for this Offer.

  4. The qualifying minimum spend of QAR 2,000 (Two Thousand Qatari Riyals) must be completed in one (1) single Transaction, either:

    (a) in‑store at one of the participating outlets listed above; or

    (b) online via the specified Blue Salon online shopping portal.

    For the avoidance of doubt, a Transaction cannot be split across multiple Transactions, combined across different sales channels or aggregated across multiple Transactions.

  5. Transactions of promotional, discounted, or sale items (whether in-store or online) shall be excluded from the calculation of the minimum qualifying spend required to avail this Offer.

  6. Any Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or disputed (in whole or in part) shall not be eligible for the Offer, and any associated entitlement to the Blue Salon e-Voucher shall be forfeited.

  7. This Offer may be redeemed only once per eligible Card Account during the period from the 1st of January 2026 to the 31st of December 2026 (the “Offer Period”).  Where an Eligible Card Member completes more than one (1) qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, only the first qualifying Transaction shall be eligible for the Blue Salon e‑Voucher.

  8. To qualify for this Offer, the Card Account must be active at the time of the qualifying Transaction and at the time of voucher issuance, meaning that the Card Account must not be blocked, suspended, or cancelled, and must not have any overdue or delinquent payments.

  9. Eligible Card Members who satisfy all applicable criteria shall receive a Blue Salon e-Voucher code valued at QAR 1,000 (One Thousand Qatari Riyals) within sixty (60) days from the date of the qualifying Transaction. AEME’s customer service team shall contact the eligible Card Member directly using the contact details registered with AEME to provide the voucher code for the Blue Salon e-Voucher.

  10. Two (2) types of Blue Salon e-Voucher codes shall be issued based on the purchase channel used for the qualifying Transaction:

    • for qualifying Transactions made in-store, the issued Blue Salon e-Voucher shall be valid for in-store redemption only; and

    • for eligible Transactions made online, the issued Blue Salon e-Voucher shall be valid for online redemption only.

  11. The Blue Salon e-Voucher code entitles the Eligible Card Member to receive QAR 1,000 (One Thousand Qatari Riyals) off a subsequent purchase made using an eligible The Platinum Card® (including any of its Supplementary Cards) at Blue Salon outlets or via Blue Salon’s online shopping portal, as applicable.

  12. The Blue Salon e-Voucher code shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, and is valid for one-time use only, and may not be redeemed in conjunction with sale items, promotional items, or any other discounts or offers.

  13. This Offer and the Blue Salon e-Voucher are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged, refunded, or substituted. AEME reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time.

  14. The Offer shall be available until the 31st of December 2026, unless terminated or amended earlier in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  15. The Terms and Conditions governing this Offer are in addition to, and do not replace or supersede, the primary terms and conditions governing Card usage. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Card Member Agreement. Card Members warrant that they have read the terms and conditions of the Card Member Agreement carefully and participate in this Offer voluntarily, as made available on the website here.
