Getting Started
First you enrol in Membership Rewards. You can do this by calling the Membership Rewards Customer Service Team on (+973) 17557722 who will process your request immediately. Once you are enrolled, you will start earning Membership Rewards points for all the purchases you make with your Card at any establishment around the world. Whether you are buying a hi-fi stereo, a laser disk video, a shirt or a gift. You will be able to view your points balance on the back of your monthly Statement of Account. And unlike other loyalty programmes, your points never expire so there is no limit to the amount of rewards you can enjoy. The Annual Membership Rewards Fee for the below Cards is as follows: The Personal Card®, Gold Card and Company Card is US$ 25. The American Express Gold Credit Card is BD 10, QR 100, JD 18, AED 95, US$ 25, OR 10. The Platinum Card® is automatically enrolled in the programme.
